Rates and Information:
Please don’t hesitate to contact me to discuss a photography session. We work with clients to give them the images they envision and have the flexibility to adjust to each client needs. All photography sessions are different, and everyone expects something personal and unique. I strive to achieve this in my work, whether in the studio or out on location.

All portrait packages and “Á la carte” pricing includes a 1/2 hour free consultation
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking a photo session. Cancellations up until 48 hours prior to the scheduled photo session will be refunded minus a $25.00 handling fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the photo session are non-refundable.

Ala Carte Prices
Creativity Fee
$200.00 per hour
The creativity fee is the basic cost of hiring me as a photographer. All other costs are in addition to this base rate and would be negotiated with the client. Some examples of additional costs would be: Hiring a hair/makeup stylist, film costs, use of a fog machine, additional production expenses.
The times quoted include time for changing outfits, applying makeup, and any other client specific needs. Also included in this time would be set changes, changing the lighting, and other time required for the completion of the photo session. You’ll want to keep this in mind when deciding how much time you’ll need for your portrait session.
Each digital session includes a low resolution proof CD of all images taken. Additional or replacement CDs are $20.00 each.
Digital Retouching
Photographs taken at a digital photo session can be retouched for $50.00 per hour, which is typically two photographs. This number can vary depending on how much retouching needs to be done per photograph. There is a one hour minimum charge for this service.
Travel Expenses
Traveling is no problem for me, but I do charge $.40 per mile from Philadelphia. This charge applies to traveling to the location and back again to the studio. For example, if the location is 20 miles from Philadelphia there will be a travel expense of $16.00 added to the bill.
For each hour of travel required there is an additional charge of $25.00.
Copyright
I should point out that according to U.S. copyright law, I do hold and reserve all rights pertaining to copyright as the photographer. This means that any photographs taken may be used for personal or self-promotional use, but they cannot be reproduced or sold for a profit. Furthermore, the images cannot be used for any commercial purpose without my expressed written consent. Any desired commercial use can be negotiated to reflect a fair market value for the use of my work. I sincerely appreciate your understanding in this.
